  • ​Kinetic by Kiki is a low-impact, high-energy full body Barre & Pilates fusion class designed to improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and muscular endurance. 

    Expect an invigorating warmup helping you find your core, followed by combined low impact arm and leg movements, isolated glute work, Pilates based abdominals ending with a rejuvenating shavasana and stretch.

  • Not at all. Classes are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you are new to movement or experienced in Barre and Pilates, you will be guided through exercises in a way that feels approachable and supportive.

  • With an enthusiastic and entertaining teaching style, Kiki’s classes are different because she  brings energy, humor, and connection into the room. Whether teaching a sold out 50 person class or a private client, Kiki adapts each session to the crowd in front of her.  

    With Kinetic by Kiki, you can achieve your workout goals AND have fun doing it.

  • Public classes are available at various Lifetime and Exhale locations in New York City.

    Kiki also offers In person Private or Small Group Sessions in New York City and in the Hamptons (during the summer) or virtually worldwide.

  • Absolutely. Kinetic by Kiki can be booked for bachelorette parties, private celebrations, corporate wellness events, collaborative Brand Pop-ups or any other event you have in mind.

  • Yes. Kyra is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in pre- and post-natal training, and sessions can be safely adapted for all stages of motherhood.

  • To get the most out of class, Kiki recommends:

    • Two sets of weights
      Lighter: 2–3 lbs
      Heavier: 3–5 lbs
      No weights? Soup cans, water bottles, or Kiki’s personal favorite—wine bottles—work just fine.

    • A yoga mat or carpeted floor for planks, push-ups, and core and glute work.
